Transportation and Tours

Important notes:

1. To confirm the booking, please send a photo of the international ticket and photos of the travelers' passports.
2. After confirming your booking, God willing, you will be provided with the available payment methods by the responsible employee. A deposit will be required, and the remaining balance will be paid on your first day of arrival in Malaysia, God willing.
3. Check-in times at Malaysian hotels are 3 pm and check-out times are 12 pm.
4. The price does not include the price of entrance tickets to tourist sites.
5. The program does not include the tourist tax, which is a tax imposed by the Malaysian government directly on tourists and collected by the hotel. It amounts to 10 Ringgit per night per room in hotels in the capital, Kuala Lumpur, and 3 Ringgit per night in hotels on the islands (Langkawi, Penang, etc.).
6. The program does not include the value of the room insurance, which is a value paid to the hotel at the beginning of your stay to ensure the safety of the room and to cover your requests from the hotel restaurants and your consumption of the minibar in the room. If there is no damage to the room or you do not consume anything from the hotel’s resources, the full amount will be refunded at the end of the stay.
7. The program price includes 8% goods tax and 10% hotel service charge.
8. The program does not include lunch on the Langkawi mangrove river cruise because the restaurant offers a variety of meals at varying prices, making it difficult to include the cost in the program in advance, unlike the Penang Island cruise where one meal is provided for all visitors.
9. If we book several separate rooms, we in turn request the hotel to have the rooms next to each other.
10. However, we cannot guarantee this because the hotel management controls the allocation of rooms according to availability.
11. To extend your stay, please inform us in advance to ensure room availability. Payment for additional nights will be made upon confirmation.
12. The rounds are of continuous duration, meaning you cannot split them up and then complete them later.
13. Passengers must arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before international flights and 2 hours before domestic flights. The baggage allowance for domestic flights is 20 kg per person and 7 kg for hand luggage.
14. To change tour dates or add tours to your program, please inform the responsible employee at least three days before the tour to ensure you receive the change. If notification is received after this period, the matter will revert to availability.
15. Most hotel rooms do not charge extra for breakfast for children under 12 years old, for one child at most.
16. The places mentioned in the table are listed for reference only and not as an exhaustive list. This means that you can visit these places or others until the end of the trip, as the important thing is the duration, not the places. If there is a request to add hours, there will be additional charges.
17. If there are specific places you'd like to visit within the city, please inform the driver at the beginning of the trip so they can arrange them for you.
18. Dates not mentioned in the above transportation and tour schedule are free days for personal activities and enjoying the hotel and are without a driver, so it is best to ask the staff before confirming the program.
19. Completing the payment constitutes implicit acceptance of the program's content, so we kindly ask you to review the program carefully before confirming with the responsible employee.
